Instructions:
 
Take a nice relaxing bath with the Lavender Bath Salts from Healing Christel.  Light some candles and sink into the bath with the crystals and a nice mug of tea.  Add honey to tea if necessary.  Have a nice meditation in your bath as you envision Divine light shining down on you.  After your bath, spray the Rose spray.  Now hold the crystals in your hand as you say the following affirmations.
